DAYE Completed the Acquisition of AL-KO Geräte GmbH

Ningbo Daye Garden Machinery Co., Ltd (abbreviated as "DAYE Group"), a leading Gardentech company, China's national champion in lawn mower manufacturing, is pleased to announce the successful completion of its acquisition of AL-KO Geräte GmbH, a prominent player in the Gardentech industry. The deal, was finalized today, marking a significant milestone in DAYE Group’s growth strategy.
